Our case managers work one-on-one with adults to assess their needs, coordinate services, and provide ongoing support. We help connect individuals with community resources, navigate challenges, and develop plans that promote long-term stability and well-being.
Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL)
This family class, based on the Strengthening Families curriculum, focuses on improving communication between parents and adolescents. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, families learn practical skills to listen, express themselves effectively, and build stronger, more respectful relationships. The goal is to create a supportive environment where both parents and teens feel heard and connected. Walk-ins welcome!
