Case Management
Case managers work closely with youth to assess their situation, coordinate care, and provide ongoing support to ensure they access the right resources. Case managers work directly with youth and families to identify and reduce barriers.
Counseling
Counseling at our center provides individuals with professional support to help them navigate challenges, build coping skills, and improve their emotional well-being. Through a partnership funded by Connect Hope, eligible students are connected to counseling services tailored to meet their needs. Case managers refer families to these services, ensuring children receive the care and support they need to thrive.
