SOS/Anger Management

SOS helps teens build resilience and positive coping skills through the Sources of Strength program while also teaching practical anger management techniques. Participants learn to recognize and manage strong emotions, identify personal strengths, and develop healthy ways to handle stress and conflict. Together, these skills empower teens to make healthier choices and build stronger relationships.
